Last moment of freedomThe boys scrub up wellbens-wedding-pictures-011_edited.jpgRight before the confetti cannon goes off. No, really.Always serious, me!Didn’t get many of the dance - still wish I could have taken a shot of everyone’s facesThis page is the depository for all matters nuptial – and is always being added to.

WEDDING PAGE

This is a central site for all things pertaining to the wedding of myself and Andrea. Information will get added as and when we have it. We would like to thank again anyone who was able to attend the day. It went very well and it was great to see so many people there.

Date: Sunday 27 June 2004

Venue: Scaitcliffe Hall

Best Man: Paul NewtonTrust Paul to be serious

Maids of Honour: Dawn Lynch and Michelle Baker
Bridemaid: Nikki Monk

The readings were read out by Paul Newton, Michelle Baker, Vanessa Philbey. Copies of these readings can be found here. We used Atlas, I Love You and Apache Wedding Blessing.

The reading during the grooms speech was also from that page: The more you give, the more you get.

Chocolate CakeThe cake was made by Slattery’s Cake’s near Bury. Their website here.

The table decorations were produced as a last minute stand-in when our previous supplier was unable to do the order. Many thanks to Roses And Wood for their prompt response and lovely design. Check out their work at this link

The car was a Clenet. More details here (and yes that’s Scaitcliffe Hall in the shots). Andrea did very well. My car was a Fiat Stilo so I think I got the raw deal …

First dance was a foxtrot and a tango. Emergency training and practice sessions overseen by Dance Connection (with particular thanks to Edurne).

Message on the fancy’s (all containing chocolate): In case of speeches, open box!
